These terms explain how we engage with clients, how quotes and work are managed, and how liability and cancellations are handled. They are written to be practical and understandable.
Service engagement
Quotes remain valid for the period stated on the document. Work begins once the quote has been accepted and any agreed deposit has been received. We will confirm scheduling, access requirements, and any preparation instructions before the visit where needed.
Liability
Where the law allows it, our liability is limited to the value of the service supplied. We carry suitable professional cover and aim to document the work clearly so there is a proper record of what was agreed and delivered.
Cancellation and refunds
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations where possible so that we can manage scheduling fairly.
- Refunds, where applicable, are considered according to the work already done, the materials used, and the specific circumstances of the booking.
